Jack Harens,
my brother-in-law from Minnesota, came up one winter to hunt moose with
us during a special hunt for which he and Sharon were drawn. Jack bagged
this nice cow on opening day just a few miles north of Palmer.

of the same moose. Jack has also been to moose camp with me during our
annual hunt and has successfully hunted caribou on the Alaska Peninsula
on two occasions as well. Jack hails from Henderson, Minnesota and is the
owner/operator of Harens Electric in Green Isle.
